Thank you for shopping Tuvella Crafts! Each resin piece in my shop is handmade, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many pieces are individually created and one of a kind, please review product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and returned in its original condition.
Please contact me through the shop contact form before returning an item so I can provide return instructions.
Unless an item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Personalized, custom-made, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once shipped, the regular return policy will apply.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
I carefully inspect and package each piece before shipping, but occasionally damage can occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging if the item was damaged during shipping
I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
ABOUT HANDMADE RESIN ITEMS
Each Tuvella Crafts piece is handmade, so slight variations are part of what makes each item unique.
Small variations in color, pattern, glitter placement, or other handmade details may occur. Occasionally, tiny bubbles or other minor characteristics of the resin-making process may also be present.
These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY RESIN PIECE?
To help keep your resin piece looking its best:
- Clean gently with a soft damp cloth and mild soap when needed.
- Avoid dishwashers, microwaves, and extreme heat.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, resin pieces should not be assumed to be food-safe.
ARE THE ITEMS IN THE PHOTOS THE ACTUAL ITEMS I WILL RECEIVE?
For one-of-a-kind pieces, yes. The photographs in the listing show the actual piece being offered unless the product description states otherwise.
For designs that I create more than once, slight differences are possible because every item is handmade.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom-order availability may vary. Please use the Contact Support form if you would like to ask about a custom piece.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the item and destination.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are separate from the purchase and shipping price.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. If your order includes any international shipments, you’ll see either a pre-collected duty amount or a notice about potential import fees at checkout, depending on your location and the items ordered. You are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees, whether collected at checkout or upon delivery.
